Problem Note 62398: The "Webapp CPU Time in Garbage Collection >30%" error is incorrectly triggered at 0.3% instead of at 30% in SAS® Environment Manager

SAS Environment Manager releases earlier than SAS® 9.4 TS1M5 recognize SAS web application servers as resource type SpringSouce tc Runtime 7.0. This resource type has the following error in the alert definition:
Webapp CPU Time in Garbage Collection >30%
You might encounter a problem in which this error is triggered at 0.3% instead of at 30%.
To work around the issue, complete the following steps:
- In SAS Environment Manager, select Manage ► Monitoring Defaults.
- To the right of SpringSource tc Runtime 7.0, click Edit Alerts.
- Under Alert Definition, select Webapp CPU Time in Garbage Collection >30%.
- In the Condition Set section, click Edit.
- Update the If Condition absolute value of 0.3 to 30, and click Ok.
